| National Cupcake Championship Finalist | |

Claire's Handmade Cakes were finalists in the National Cupcake Championship 2011 for our 'Peach Melba' Cupcakes. They are a vanilla cupcake, filled with homemade peach jam, covered with a raspberry Swiss meringue buttercream, drizzled with peach and raspberry coulis and topped with a fresh raspberry. |

On 18 November, I was invited to 'We Make Christmas' a get together of food bloggers and foodies from all over the UK. I was stunned that my amaretti biscuits were awarded the 'Best Baked Goods' and also the 'Overall Best Gift'! I won a Kenwood and a hamper from Fortnum and Mason.
